He would use old case, RAM is DDR2 so out of luck and the power supply is from 2008 so I would like to replace it

Note: if he doesn't want to SLI then an MSI Z97 PC Mate is just fine or if u wanna go all out.... Thn the ASUS maximus 6 is the way to go
