It's a good card, they basically took a 980 Matrix PCB and slapped a 980 TI chip on it and a new cooler.

Looks pretty sick too IMO.

 

The temps are higher than other 980 TI's from what I've seen because they chose to use a less aggressive fan curve. (Apparently)
