Case fan selection

So, I changed my case around a tad; and made it a Phanteks Enthoo Pro, I heard good things about it.

 

So naturally I changed the fans around; but i've got so confused about what fans I need and whether I can control them with the Sentry 3, is anyone able to choose out some fans for me?

 

I set this up in Notepad,

 

2 120m at the front(Intake)
1 140mm at the rear(Exhaust))
1 120mm fan at the top(Exhaust)

 

I was told that this would keep the system cool effectively, I'd like to be able to control all the fans via the Sentry 3, and would like at least the front 2 in Blue LED, anything else is a bonus; thanks so much to anyone who helps me with this. Stressful is computer setup.

And lastly, during building; how do I power all the fans and connect them to the Sentry?

my case (H440) 

I have 3 120 mil in the front

2 120 mil on the top as exhaust

and 1 140 mil on the back as exhaust.
