970 or 780 better for streaming?

So because i have a 750 ti and plan on getting a better graphics card at Christmas should i get a 780 as its basically the same price on amazon.ca (yes im canadian) or get a 970 since it seems to perform slightly better.

 

The other option which i assume might happen is that nvdia will release a new lineup and the 980 price goes down but i have a limit of like 500$ CDN. When the 900 series came out the 780 went from 650 to 500 so does anyone think that will happen again?

Get a 970 now, Pascal won't happen for a year and a 780 is semi-outdated.

R9 390 ? I'm also from Canada and get the price struggle if the 390 is the same price grab it if not then 970 is your best bet you get 3.5 GB of Vram vs 3
