I was thinking to buy a New GPU Sapphire R9 380 which cost around SGD$355(Singapore Dollars) but i found some people Selling used Gigabyte R9 290 4GB with warranty and Receipt for $330 and Asus R9 280x $280 with warranty and receipt, would it be good to buy those used GPU? 

 

My CPU - i7 4770

if they haven't been misused sure but I generally stay away from used electronics.

Australian Dollars, which is exactly equal to the Singaporean dollar. Website says it's not in-stock at their warehouse atm so might have to wait a little bit.
