I will be running 2 to 3 mointers at either 1080p or 4k 

I have an extended budget of around 500 

I have the GPU,case,fans,psu and some other stuff 

I need a CPU,ram,mobo and CPU cooler for 500

I have a titan x video card just FYI

No peripherals or monitors  

black and blue theme

sadly, i've looked myself, there doesnt seem to be much black/blue on Z170

Not sure about the RAM kit.

Most people like the HyperX kits, but I got that exact same kit (16GB 1866MHz) and had to return it because it was defective (something like 400 MemTest86 errors) and crashing my computer.
