R9 380 4GB

The R9 280X comes with 2048 shader processors, 128 texture units and 32 ROPs. Frequencies of 1000MHz/6000MHz for the core and memory respectively.

The R9 380 comes with 1792 shader processors, 112 texture units and 32 ROPs. Frequencies of 970MHz/5500MHz for the core and memory respectively.

I recent got GTX 750ti superclocked tho ud prob want a bigger jump than that

Um, your own link shows the 285 at over 30fps. I have a vapor-x 290. So you have managed to boost my confidence, and for that I thank you.

 

lol, personally for something to be playable, minimums have to be in the 50ish range. And thus, only the 980ti and above manage to squeak by. I was disappointed at the 970's inability to max out gta5 the way I wanted it to when I upgraded lol.

290 if you can find it. If not 380 is probably the best bet considering the much improved feature set over the 280x (even if it's raw power is a bit less).

xD, I feel ya brother. The real test for me will be Fallout 4, which I am not expecting to max. I'm only after better than console performance since my PC was built specifically to play Fallout 4. And I sold my PS4 so I'm kind of committed LOL.
