I am hoping to purchase a new graphics card soon but not sure which one. My current is a geforce gtx 760. my pc specs are intel core i5-4570  8 gb of ram

Budget? Currency? Location? What case do you have? What power supply? Motherboard? Cooler?

what do you want to spend? for what purpose are u using it? resolution?

Going from a 760? did you even read the post? That would be pretty pointless.

what then ? 970 ?

We need more information before we can make a suggestion. But yeah a 970 or a 390 would be the better option if its within budget and will work with his PSU etc

With your current budget and components I would personally recommend you get a different cpu cooler such as this;

Then I'd look at either picking up a 390 or 970. Out of my personal choice of the two I'd recommend going for the 390 and if you want to spend more then look at getting a 980 instead.
