GTA V Not Launching FIX

Some people are having the problem with GTA V Non steam not launching and crashing on the update screen. rockstar dont seem to be that bothered. 

 

here is away to fix the issue

Game error. Please reboot and restart the game.

3.repair the game
4. enjoy playing again
 
rockstar seem to be telling people to do all kinds of things that dont work so i created this to show to do it effectively

Hey question, when I upgraded to Win10 my GTA V textures ingame sometimes lag and take a few seconds to load up whiles on win7 they were instant. Any ideas?

Try reinstall. The upgrade usually screws something up
