My 750 ssd is not showing up under "devices/units". . . Need help! Will explain more if you ask.

Why would you not just give us the rundown by default

Well.. i just bought the SSD and plugged it in, when i tried to start the system i forced me to reinstall windows (i have a HDD with windows on it). When the install was done the ssd dident show up. I know its on the right PICe slot and know that the motherboard is compatible (the SSD is deteded on "board exploration"). thats pretty much it

Check to make sure you have the most current BIOS/UEFI revision.

 

Contact motherborad manufacturer and check compatibility.

 

Check boot devices in BIOS/UEFI.

 

Check CSM module to ensure UEFI device drivers are priority and PCIe boot is enabled.

 

Try booting with no other drives attached.

 

Try booting the SSD in another computer.
