a mad max question

The sand, walls, and few other objects seem to 'shimmer'. It looks kind of like a lighting bug. Just curious if anyone else came across this and how to fix it.

If I understand correctly, then that's normal. It's like a mirage.

is there a setting to turn it off because it seems more like F'ed up textures rather than a feature.

I would take a screenshot but it cant be seen in a screenshot because it flickers as you move the view.

no. its kinda like saints row 4's shimmer if you ever playd it

I played SR4 and never had shimmer like this
