What is your take on Geil memory and should i go for the kingston or corsair memry 1600mhz sticks???

I would go for Corsair or Gskill, personally

Ram is ram. Brand won't affect performance.

Possibly but ram is one of those parts that are highly unlikely to fail after they are working. 

As for RMA, the same reason holds--you should be dealing with the merchant and not the manufacturer.
