use a stereo mix

stereo mix is either called > what you hear or stereo mix, then simply select stereomix/what you hear @ skype and itl work :P ( make sure u got the volume proper set too, cheap soundcards and onboard soundcards will require 100% recording volume on stereo mixes usually , while mine is amplified im fine with 15-20% )
