So I've been using a gtx 960 for about a year now and i love it,but anyway its not recognizable by the computer. For some reason My Windows 10 always gives me a blue screen when i boot up my system, so i have to go into the asrock bios to get windows 10 to work. usually on windows 8.1 (Old Operation System) All that i had to do to fix this was to clear my cmos. Well I did it this time and it fixed the problem that i had with windows, but it made my graphics card unrecognizable. So Far I have tried Switching PCI slots, updating drivers (which wont work when the computer cant recognize the card), and disabling onboard graphics. the only thing my GPU does is just sit there and roughly every 7 seconds the fans will twitch. I need help.

Operating system: Windows 10 64bit
GPU: evga gefoce GTX 960 SSC
