Audio problem

Basically I have with audio being there is a lot of static noise in my speakers. I bought a external sound card and the sound is still there. Things you need to know is I have two outtakes fans near the back and on intake, I have a wireless connector for Wi-Fi and my mother board is Gigabyte Z97P-D3. Could anyone tell me what is wrong with it?
