I use an SanDisk 64gb micro sdhc card with my samsung galaxy note 10.1 tablet for a year or so with no problems. Recently I noticed that I can't write files to card, but I can open files that already is there without any problems. So I put it in my laptop and tried format the card, but receive error ''Windows was unable to complete the format'', then I tried to delete all files manually, at first i thought that everything was successful, but after i close folder and reopen it again, all files is still there. I have tried format it with/without quick format and with different formats, but without any success. I even tried different tools like SDFormatter, PartitionGuru and HP USB disk format tool, but they didn't help either. That mean that my card is dead? :(

Have you tried using another program to try to format the card? For me, if default window reformat doesn't work I usually used a program called Bootice which magically corrects whatever formatting problem I'm having. (Wiping and repartitioning usually required)
