I went to a shop today and tried out the Skullcandy Avaitors and they felt really comfortable on my ears/head and were very light weight. Not to mention sounding good enough (for me)  :D

So I was wondering if there were any other headphones that have the same triangular ear forming ear cups as the aviators?

Thanks!

Wouldent these be uncomfortable because the top of the ear is bigger than the bottom , if the triangle was the other way , with the wide side at the bottom and tip at the top it might be comfy

These bad boys right here

monster-dna.jpg

Look at that shiny black finish and aggressive modern styling. Don't fk with this thing man, these are some QUALITY headsets right here. I just bought a pair along with my new Beats by Dre HP laptop because I'm an audiophile and spend a lot of money on making sure things sound nice. Did I mention they're stylish as well and keep my neck very warm when I go out anywhere.

It will go well with my room full of Bose products.

to answer your question, no, triangle design is widely unpopular. Circular over ears are pretty much going to be always superior.

If you want something comfortable go for an Audio technica open ear design (still most comfortable headphones I've ever wore) or a pair of Beyerdynamics. Prefer cloth over pleather.

Sorry, I forgot to say around ear headphones in the original post. I will check out some audio technica headphones thought, thanks :)

Razer kraken.

I own the kraken pro. Mine has a mic.

I don't want a headset, even though I know the microphone can be remove. Razer products are too flashy for me.

I own a pair of aviators when I was young and stupid and didn't know jack about audio

they are comfy I admit, but I have a tad bit larger of ears, so the cushion presses up on my ears, I personally think sennheiser has comfy cans, never tried one, but they look extremely comfy with how large the actual drivers are on your head

Yeah, my 650s are the most comfy things I've ever put on my head.

The absolute gayest way of saying "please", generally used by prepubescents in online games.

I don't have that much...

nor do I have even more to blow on the amp and dac required to power the thing :c

at least you offer a good bargain, but I need it to be around $250 for me to think about it

I got em used for ~$300, and the only reason I'm considering even this is because it'd allow me to experiment with other headphones. Love them so much I doubt I'd last long without them.
