Bios Question

When I look at my top graphics card on motherboard explorer it says it's "16x @ x8 2.5 gt/s"
My second card doesn't have the gt/s part?? 
When I google it I get pcie gen one results??
Just curious, thanks for any answers

Gt/s means gigatransfers per second, I know we are mostly used to Gbps.
