Undeletable, 0 byte file

I have an undeletable, unmovable, dead file. It just sits there and won't let me do anything with it.  Any ideas how to delete it without going through drastic measures?

What happens when you try to delete it? Where is the file? What is the file called? What is the file extension?

It doesn't appear to have any extention.

Or you could try booting into safe mode and delete it there. 

 

EDIT: Also, try refreshing explorer when in the directory with the file in it.

None of them have worked.

Cmd can't find the file.

Safemode had the same effect.

Refreshing did nothing,

 

Any other suggestions?

Well that E drive BACKUP all the data (not that file) and format the intire drive... derp

Restart the PC. Or make the icon hidden.
