Now,I'm building my PC. And my issue is that all my other components work fine. But my GPU when combined with the rest of my parts fails to load anything on my Monitor.

Now this is what happens when I boot

-Fans either spin at 100% infinitely or they slightly move every 2-3 seconds but don't make a full rotation.

- CPU fan spins and seem to act normal

-Nothing else occurs unusaul

Now when I use my on-board graphics and plug in my DVI-D connector into my motherboard it works fine, I go to windows and everything But even when I have the GPU in the system, And I boot from my on board graphics, The GPU is not recognized in the system even though the fans are doing either/or of the two functions I have described.

Typically when the system fails to post, the fans will run at 100% until you shut off the power. If you have another system, try inserting your GPU into that system and see if the same symptoms occur. If they do, you might have gotten a lemon.
