Why do you need the extra Intel network card ? is the onboard not good enough ?

Why two 144Hz monitors? You're only going to be using 144Hz of one monitor at a time if you're gaming (assuming you are).

 

Also, what is the use for this system? 

 

No SSD in a build of this price?

 

I'd go for MX-4 instead of Arctic Silver 5. No point in going for a conductive TIM that performs worse than, non-conductive options.
