Doesn't matter what brand it is.

 

Just unplug the power cable and SATA cable from that PC, Unscrew it.

 

Install it in your another PC, Plug in all the cables.

 

It should detect and work. If you've installed the OS on that SSD, You need to make fresh Installation to avoid BSOD.
