Go into device manager and click on Storage drives or storage (something along those lines) and it should say.

or you just read what it says on the label

if its not in the pc or something making it hard to acces

Just unplug the power cable and SATA cable from that PC, Unscrew it.

 

Install it in your another PC, Plug in all the cables.

 

It should detect and work. If you've installed the OS on that SSD, You need to make fresh Installation to avoid BSOD.
