it is basicly the i7 4770k but without graphics and yes with HT but hyperthreading makes it somewhat more expensive then the one jimakos has

thats what ive put together and i know it is a little over budget but im looking in it right now

also you can choose some parts

Change the psu pls, dont cheap out at the psu, it can be dangerous, it is like the heart of the pc.

Get a Seasonic/XFX/EVGA G2-B2/Antec/SuperFlower/SilverStone psu.

i wasnt actually trying to cheap out on it i have good experiences with lc power but better safe thant sorry ill change it
