I also chose a r7 265, since it seems really good for the price, and I he can overclock it to 1ghz or more. All he needs is a motherboard and a CPU. Suggestions are welcome. Budget is $600 or less max $620

i mean I guess a teen go go around town and look for a used GPU I guess right?

eBay, Criagslist, ect ect. HD7950s and GTX 680s can be found for less then $150.
