So basically I'm going to be building a PC pretty soon, and as far as I know I'll have a $500 CAD budget for everything except a GPU because I already have one. This is the build I've come up with, I wanna see if anyone can come up with something better for the same price or even cheaper:

 

 
CPU: Intel Core i3-4170 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($144.74 @ DirectCanada) 
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($59.69 @ DirectCanada)
