MSI, the MSI card will run cooler than the EVGA cooler because of 2 fans vs 1.

Unless space is a concern, get the MSI.

I mean it's up to aesthetics at this point with the EVGA and the MSI model you're showing us and here the MSI model takes the cake BUT in terms of power EVGA wins with the For the win(FTW) model which I linked down below :D

In simple terms, get the EVGA FTW edition it is the best GTX 750 Ti out there!  If you're willing to step back a generation in GPU architecture you can get a GTX 670 which is a lot cheaper now than when it was the king
