It's mostly just the motherboard.

 

Although, any change and you might need to contact microsoft and give them some codes

Mostly, but conflicting previous drivers might need a fresh install. Either way, I'd fresh install unless it's a very small upgrade, like a sound or wifi card, or extra RAM. In general still a good idea when installing a permanent GPU or CPU.

From experience its just an automated system (robot) and i had no issues.

It might have changed as i done it maybe 3 years ago.

i will install a AMD Gpu and i have nvidia drivers so i uninstall them all?

I will also change ram and power supply,

I will also change ram and power supply,

RAM and PSU is fine, go ahead and keep your current install. Also GPU SHOULD be OK, but if you have any issues down the line you should probably reinstall Windows.
