Hello! In the past couple weeks windows 10 has been working fine until now. My computer has been really slow, I have run 2 virus scans using Norton and Malware Bytes and found nothing. I contacted Microsoft and they helped me recover some corrupted windows files. The problems I am having are the following: Slow boot time with ssd, getting stuck at welcome screen after typing in password, slow loading applications, barely any fps in game, and the one I am most concerned about is the fact that when I launch a game is that my cpu's temperature doesn't increase at all it just stays at its normal idle temperature of about 26 C. What could be causing these problems I would really like to fix my pc so I can actually play my games again! I also have all the latest windows updates, graphics drivers downloaded, little to no cpu, memory, or disk usage.

Thanks

-Riley
