Win8 .net 3.5 broken

Hey my windows 8 .net 3.5 is broken and i need it for some games(it wont use 4.0) . I've tried many things such as extracting it from my win8 disk using comand promp, downloadin a .net fixer from windowns (here is the logs it gave me : http://www.4shared.com/file/07SoQsnY/FixDotNet20130808013737135.html ) turnin it on in windows feature, sooo ya any advice :3 ?

ok.. here an other question. Can i downgrade back to windows 7 and keep all my games ?

You'd have to kinda reinstall them. If you leave them on the drive, you can change the steam install directory to where they were (C:\windows.old\program files (x86)\steam\steam apps) then tell it to install them again and it'll just validate the files. It will take a few minutes, but it won't redownload them all.
