Win 10 Boot Bug?

Sometimes when i boot my PC

 

i get the error Please Repair Windows

it's fixed by continuously rebooting each time i see the error

 

i get it 2/3 times i turn my Computer on

 

It is a fresh install on a Brand new Intel 730 ( Boot drive )

and i tried repairing with a Win10 bootable USB but got the error Could not repair windows

 

My Copy of windows 10 Is Genuine and i have a Genuine license Key for it that i own and haven't given to anyone

Either the download, copy, or install went wrong.  That or your having memory or storage issues that are so small they only creep up occasionally.

 

If it was one of the hardware issues I'd lean toward memory issues.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

My MoBo,CPU,GPU,Ram,PSU, SSD's and case is only a week old( Out of the box)
