Ultra textures, distant foliage and shadows medium, everything on high

 

AA, bloom, light shafts, blur enabled.  

 

This should net you decent framerates on 1080p

Disable hairworks and AA (or just select FXAA), decrease grass/foliage distance viewing and number of characters and put everything on ultra. If it's not acceptable try reducing the most demanding effects (shadows etc) one by one until you are satisfied ;)
