ROG brand is fine, but they are usually a bit overpriced. The entry level board is $200 and msi has a cheaper board that would be better.

I didn't want to overspend on the motherboard, I don't need tons of fancy features.

ROG the the beez kneez when it comes to looks.

I prefer the nice clean looks that gigabyte has on the UD boards with the silver accents and black PCB then a color on the heatsinks.
