Is Sapphire still owned by PCPartner(Zotac/Inno3D)?

I seem to remember reading something about them breaking off into their very own brand a while back but I can't find it anymore.

 

They are also no longer lister under the "Our Brands" section on PCPartner's own website.

Anyone know anything about this? I'm just curious.
