Is an Intel i3-4170 and a gtx 750 with 2 gb from "Gigabyte" good for gaming?.the rest of the sistem is:

 -Ram:8 gb of kingston hyper x black (2x4 gb).

-HDD:WD Blue 500 gb .

-Mobo: "Gigabyte" H81M-S2V. I'm a bit tight on the budget because i have to buy a new monitor. -LED Philips ,21.5 ",full HD with max resolution of "1920x1080".

P.s.:i will not OC the gpu and the settings for the games will be mostly on medium-high.this is my first pc build.i just like to play games without lags or very low graphics. thanks for the help ^^.

The GTX 750 is ok at best imo.

Get something like a gtx 950 much more power than a 750.

AMD's counter part is probably slightly better then the 750, But I would wait for the 950 TBH

I'd get a 270x, or 280. Used.

You'll get a much much better experience.

Remember you can always try to save money by buying used. Maybe the monitor you can source from a friend or family member so that you can save some cash. That $$ can then be used to buy a better GPU. Maybe invest in a cheaper HDD, even try to buy things from different sites like Amazon (or whatever has better deals for you). Maybe even invest in AMD hardware instead of Intel/Nvidia.
