how much memory?

im building a new computer and wanted to know what i should buy:

16gb (4x4gb)

16gb(2x8gb)

32gb(4x8gb)

im not sure what i want because i dont know what will be better since im not sure if ill use more than 16gbs, ill be doing, gaming, editing (photo and video) and encoding, which ever ram setup i chose will be running with a 5820k and an asus x99 deluxe or pro (there is like $100 differnce in nz) and a 980ti

I'd pick 2x8. 16GB is enough for now and you will still have slots to upgrade when needed.
