What are some decent tablets for $200-300?  If there are any, no real preference iOS or Android preferably not windows though but probably can't get an iPad or anything of the sort at this budget that'd be any decent versus competing android tablets, general use by the way maybe note taking in college, nothing too artsy, just web browsing, emails, ect.

Snip

Will be considering but tbh I forgot windows tablets are a thing because I dislike them generally but I'll be looking into these ones, if you have any android ideas feel free to suggest them though

That tablet is both Windows AND Android, and I think you can even buy it without Windows. By the way, because it's the full version of Windows, you can even use it as a laptop, if you buy a keyboard case specifially made for that device, and use a mouse with it.

The dell venue 8 PRO is windows 8.1, the dell venue 8 is android.

But yes, it is a full version of windows, and you can buy a keyboard case for it, any bluetooth keyboard and/or mouse should work with it. (I've got a bluetooth keyboard that I can add in with mine for free)
