Is this monitor good?my GPU is MSI R9 390

I have the 1080P version - 2414H and it is amazing.

CPU: I7 4790K(4.6@1.252v)                               Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Windowed(Black)           Cooler: CM 212 EVO + NF F12 iPPC

RAM: HyperX Fury 1600MHZ CL10 2x4GB      Storage: Samsung 850 EVO(250GB) + WD Red(2TB)      PSU: Corsair RM750 (and no, it hasn't blown up!)

MoBo: Asus Maximus VII Ranger                      Graphics: MSI GTX 970 TwinFrozr (1494MHZ Core)       OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

Yeah have one and i primarily play cs, im le so its pretty good for competitive gaming too

Yes, although it may not run every game >60fps at maximum details with AA.

What do you mean may not run every game? If a game have 80fps i cannot play the game? Or game have 60fps above will stay at 60fps?

It may not produce >60fps in all games. That is optimally what you want since it is a 60hz panel.

Sorry i am not good at this. It mean all games only can reach max 60fps?

They can go well beyond, but you will only see 60. If you use Vsync; your framerate will be locked to the refresh rate of the monitor, however this introduces input lag.

 

Framerate of less than 60 = stutter/judder

Framerate of greater than 60 (without Vsync) = screen tearing

 

I personally prefer screen tearing over the associated lag of Vsync.
