Microsoft Access Cloud

What i am trying to do is use and Access database for Microsoft mail merger since this is a  function i use a lot at work, however the entire office uses Macs and access does not run on macs. i know it can be done with excel but its is much more cumbersome and since non tech people will also be using this. What i am trying to do is set up Access on a PC sever and use the servers programs and computing power to open this like steaming a game but using the host computers resources. but have had no luck. Any suggestions or a different way to go about this?

if your work uses macs, get over yourself and use the same.

 

Backstory, I have a degree in computer science but yet use the inferior Xcode for work because it works best with everyone else. I can't use C# just because I'm a windows guy.

Using the mac is not what i am asking about, it is using the cloud program with the macs.

i am trying to create my own cloud program server, but have not been able to find anything about how to go about even starting this process, i have a server set up though.
