NO. Dual-core CPUs are quickly hitting a brick wall in gaming.

I chose the Pentium because it's solid and there are really only two games that won't run. Also this is a much more modern platform than FM2 so stepping up to a i3 or a low end i5 are do-able and will have significant performance improvement over any AMD cpu's.

While I think the Pentium is a solid choice for CSGO rigs and the lines of that, an i3 is a much better choice especially for future games.
