AIO loop help?

Prefer a Dual Radiator loop with RGB or custom lighting on the GPU block!

Preferred Brands:Corsair, Cooler Master, Swiftech, NZXT

Some options I have

H100i

H100i GTX

H220-X

Kraken X61

Kraken X41

If a single rad under $80 can fulfill the RGB lighting and custom lighting I might consider that

Would prefer it to be as quiet as a Refrigerator(Up to the noise of a AC at medium fan speed is OK too)

That's a good option too. Depends on if you like the looks or not. X61 also has a bigger rad.
