i like the 5200u very much in mine, powerful and efficient. depends on the whole package

The differences aren't huge. Save a couple of bucks and go for the i3.

If it is just for school like writing papers, spreadsheets, power point and programming (nothing to crazy I assume) then you should be fine to go with the i3-5015U and save a few bucks.

Go for the i5. More cache is pretty useful in some cases.
