GTA V Online Empty Lobbies

When i join a GTA V online lobby it is always empty. When i try to join a friend it says make sure all players have the title update and puts me back into a lobby on my own. If they cant join me either. I contacted Rockstar customer support but they went on about NAT type with links to articles for console.

I have the TalkTalk D-Link DSL-3780 router but it has worked before

if anyone else has had this problem and has managed to fix it please help

you nat might be restricted you can port forward it, find out the port for gta v and open it
