Steam Support Time

Hi,

 

Just over two weeks ago i created a steam support ticket for them to unlock my account, with which i provided all the adequate proof that i own my account. This is so frustrating because i enjoy playing on steam and no suddenly can't, i'm now even contemplating making an alternate account to play CS:GO on whilst they reply. Should I? Are they ever going to reply?

welp they have shit support but i would just wait and play fallout shelter all day :P

You can expect a reply in about 7 years.

 

 

 

But, in all seriousness, a well-known Youtuber/Twitch Streamer was trade banned and told all of his subscribers and followers to spam valve with tickets to get him unbanned. Even with everyone sending stiff to valve, it took about a month, I could only imagine how long it would take for one single person.

Yeah depending on how much you can deal with not bring able to play csgo in the next two weeks it might be worth buying an alt..  :/ just remember you've got to get it to level 3 now which is a boring grind of squeaker filled casual and the occasional valve dm

Just create a new ticket, two tickets are better than one ;)
