CPU Overclock problem

I'm having this issue where I can't change the core frequency per core. I wanted to see if I could get a few extra megahertz out of my CPU by fine tuning each cores CPU multiplier but whenever I change it I end up with the lowest set clock.

 

I have a ASUS P8Z77-M Pro if anyone is wondering.

can you change it in XTU, remember to set the clock to manual in bios

I'd rather not use XTU. There's an option in the BIOS to disable synchronized clocks or whatever but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
