The GPU types or names are not the problem its that manufactures have to shrink the size of a GPU to fit into a laptop. making a shrunk titan x about as powerful as a 950 but worth twice as much. That's not an accurate way to put it but should help. I'm just saying don't expect anything great out of any laptop below 4k and not that much more out of anything more than 4k.

simply put if you just want a laptop for general pc use and low quality gaming go for it but if you want to game, GAME!!! make a pc

I dont know much bout laptops but had to learn this the hard way... 5k laptop for a shity play of far cry 3 :(

Yeah it's pretty good.

I hope you're ready for a lot of noise, and maybe throttling here n there

Don't expect anything from a laptop around 800-1000 USD btw, in terms of gaming

I'm not looking for a gaming laptop then, I only play light games but i still want to get its best graphics

What do you mean by laptop which is under load?

When you play games like Crysis or actually any game at high settings, your laptop will be performing CPU/GPU heavy tasks, meaning it's "under load"

To avoid thermal throttling, the fans will ramp up to high RPMs and that will make a lot of noise.

oh, so how to prevent under load? A better GPU? I like to know how noisy it is...

How many times have you posted the same thread? If you can't seem to find one because everyone is living in different places, I suggest that you go to your favourite IT and Electronics store, touch, smell and feel the machine you feel the most comfortable with and then get that one.

My needs are very easy the games, watching movies. I am playing light games like Dota2, CS and planning to go for Assassins creed and battle field..

Then this makes your hunt so much easier. Head down to your favourite store now and get what appeals to you.
