It's not people using Bing. It's a web crawler from Bing. They identify themself to websites so they are not mistaken for malware.

It's here to catalog the website, so that it shows up in Bing searches.

I have seen google in the same way. But why does it show 5? Google showed 2.

It probably depends on the number of web crawlers working on cataloging a page.

I'm not completly sure, but that's my guess.
