MSI gaming laptop

Hello all.

This is about laptops so I hope I'm in the right thread.

Basicly.

I want to get an MSI gaming laptop. But I'm in sure of which ones has the IPS panel and which ones don't. Like it will say in the MSI website. But when I search the internet it doesn't always specify. And I have found a lot of confusing in the model numbers and branding of MSI gaming laptops. I am looking at the MSI GE62 2QD which according to MSI website is IPS bit it isn't always specified on websites I can purchase it on. Any help in this situations. Thanks.

The specs on the MSI site are the best to go for, if the shop does not have the full specs just call them to check you can also contact the MSI notebook UK guys on facebook, they are super helpful!!

but yes, if the spec is on the MSI website, it will be EXACTLY the same as the shop stores, since they are pre-built units and are not customized by the store

I agree, msi doesn't have the best of websites.

look on ncix. most of the time its noted there.  there is usually more info in the specifications sections over there than the actual vendor's website.

I've seen the GE62 in stores, the viewing angles are great and they seem like IPS.

Ok. It's just I'm worried there might be separate submodels of these laptops that change.
