Arm pain?

So I was sitting at work eating my lunch and out of nowhere my left arm started hurting. That was around 12:30 and it is 5:45 now. I can't really describe the pain very well. It varies with movement and ice (for the better). The pain is in my forearm all the way from my elbow to my wrist. After some googling it is either something I can't find or heart related. But the heart stuff has chest pain and I don't have any and haven't had any.

Do you use any ergonomic equipment in work? To help posture etc

nope. i was standing most of the day though

plan on it if the pain doesn't go away soon.
