So the QVL list is kinda useless.

Pretty much. It's probably just an OEM thing or for people who are super paranoid on getting working RAM for their system.

Will this rams work properly on this mobo?

I checked this mobo QVL list and i didnt find this model of rams in there ( although there is a similar version of the rams that im gonna buy on the list)

Version of the rams in QVL --- KHX24C11T3K4/32X(XMP)

Version im gonna buy  HX324C11T3K4/32

or                                 HX321C11T3K4/32

mobo - http://www.elitedigital.pt/catalogo/detalhes_produto.php?id=12058016

rams- http://www.elitedigital.pt/catalogo/detalhes_produto.php?id=12430237

          http://www.elitedigital.pt/catalogo/detalhes_produto.php?id=12430081

Is the QVL list relevant at all?

QVLs are pretty useless. Manufactures can't test every kit of ram. Just so long as the ram has standard timings (nothing crazy like 8-10-14-32) then you should be fine.
