Not be seem like a fanboy but, don't go with amd. They don't make sense right now. Try for an i5 4460 and cheap mobo. If you can't afford that then get an i3. This way if the cpu becomes a problem you'll be able to upgrade it, where as amd had nothing worth upgrading to

Drop the ssd to free up money for the i5

There will be a bottleneck by CPU. Maybe you can find a R9 280x for a similar price of GTX 770.

Now here's a great sub $900 build counting buying Windows

http://www.gamersnexus.net/pc-builds/2049-mid-range-gaming-pc-build-intel-and-gtx-970

i5-4460, H97 board, GTX 970

Since you're streaming, even better to make it a $950 build with Windows included by swapping out the i5-4460 for a Xeon E3-1231v3, although if you want to use QuickSync for streaming, the i5 would be better since the Xeon doesn't have an iGPU.

4460 or 4590?

4460 would be better bang for the buck, there isn't much of a difference in performance between the two
